Envision is excited to announce inclusion on PBN's Best Places to Work list for the 15th consecutive year!
Envision Technology Advisors joins elite company in 2023 as one of the very few organizations that has been honored by Providence Business News for fifteen consecutive years. According to PBN, honorees are chosen based on "human resources policies and completed confidential surveys of employees put together by Best Companies Group."
"When you do anything consistently, it becomes expected. But PBN sets a really high bar for this award and we were over-the-moon when we get the news. I'm proud to contribute to the success. But more than that, I'm proud of the way we support the clients and each other," said Brandy Josefson, new Marketing team member.
The anonymous feedback provided during the survey process will shape Envision and its policies well into the future. Envision's Director of Culture and Human Resources, Edwina Niedfeldt, has used prior survey feedback to update company policy to become more flexible for hybrid/remote workers. That includes a new Lifestyle Spending Account benefit that launched early this year, which gives employees a flexible source of funds that can be spent on a huge range of fun activities: dinners, spa days, movies, skydiving, and almost everything in between.
