Professional summary:
I serve as a technical manager for small business accounts - designing, building, and maintaining server infrastructure using VMWare, SAN technology, and Windows OS. I also lead efforts to deploy and manage user desktop experience including VPN access, virus protection, and various software applications. I'm an experienced Information Technology Manager, VMware 4 VCP, network manager, and Lotus Notes administrator and programmer. I have more than 15 years working for high-tech software, marketing, database, and consulting companies. I pride myself on my ability to learn and absorb new information and technologies quickly.
